Sunflower Condominiums was looking to brighten up their parking lots and walkways to better help tenants see at night. We designed a custom exterior lighting model to help the client visualize the look of the parking lot before install. Working with local contractors we did a full exterior LED retrofit for all the wall packs and sconces. Converting from high wattage bulbs to LED creates a drastic reduction in energy and utility bill.
