The property sought enhanced nighttime visibility to bolster security measures. New solar pole lights were dug in and set with concrete to help illuminate parking lot curbs and medians. We retrofitted all the sconces to LED lights, increasing illumination levels around each tenant’s door. Additionally, we installed new wall packs on all sides of the buildings to illuminate walkways and parking lots. Following the installation, tenants expressed increased satisfaction with the heightened level of nighttime lighting, fostering a greater sense of safety throughout the property.
