- Replaced EV car charging port
- Installed new retrofitted LED Emergency lights including (bug eyes, exits, stairwells lights and common area ceiling lights)
- Installed new exterior Bluetooth RGB strip lights
- Retrofitted all the jelly jars on property with FML fixtures
- General on call maintenance (outlets, switches, breakers, damaged interior/exterior lights)
Working with property management through different phases we upgraded the buildings interior and exterior to LED. The interior common areas, stairwells and emergency lights were retrofitted to a new modern look to match the aesthetic of the building. This property has had different issues on site with damages and Uses Going Green NRG to solve their electrical issues.
