Phase 1
- Complete a custom lighting audit for the whole property

Phase 2
- Installed 16 new LED pole light fixtures
- Total rebate of $6,820
Working with property management through different phases we upgraded both property parking lots lighting and the tenants porch lights to LED. In phase 1 we went through each building upgrading each tenants exterior porch lights to a new LED fixture. This helped the whole property brighten up as well as giving the exterior porch and upgraded look and feel. In Phase 2 the property wanted to retrofit new LED fixtures onto any remaining pole lights that have not yet been upgraded to LED. After this install the property was much brighter in all corners allowing tenants to see much better at night.
